The OIG hotline portal is an avenue to report allegations regarding fraud, waste, abuse, or serious misconduct related to an NCUA employee, contractor, program, or operation. CREDIT UNION MEMBERS SHOULD REPORT COMPLAINTS RELATING TO THEIR ACCOUNTS OR LOANS TO THE NCUA’S CONSUMER ASSISTANCE CENTER. The OIG does not intervene in or investigate individual credit union member complaints against credit unions and will not provide a response to these complaints.
